Izaskun Uribe has been a member of the tax team at Euskaltax since 2007, providing tax and accounting consultancy services to numerous companies in various industrial and service sectors, and leading national and international commercial and tax groups. She is responsible for relations with the external auditors in all matters relating to the preparation and monitoring of financial information and the closure of tax and accounting records.
She is regularly involved in corporate restructuring and reorganisation projects and in due diligence procedures related to corporate transactions.
In addition, she provides tax and estate planning services to individuals, as well as advice to expatriates and impatriates.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, specialising in Public Administration and Taxation (UPV) (2006).
Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy from the University of Deusto (2007).
TEACHING ACTIVITY
Lecturer in the Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy at the University of Deusto on the subject of “Non-Profit Organisations”.
