1. Legal information

The provisions of these stipulations regulate the use of the service of the website “www.euskaltax.com” (hereinafter, the “Website”) that Euskaltax, S.L. (hereinafter, “Euskaltax”) makes available to Internet users.

The purpose of the Website is to provide visitors and potential customers, as well as Euskaltax customers, with information on the professional services and different activities offered by our firm, as well as providing other information that may be of interest. By using the Website, whether or not you are a customer of Euskaltax, you become a user of the Website (hereinafter, the ‘User’) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. By making the Website available to Users, Euskaltax aims to offer them a useful service. Therefore, if any of the Users do not agree with any of the stipulations contained in this Legal Notice, we recommend that they stop using the Website and refrain from continuing to browse it.

Access to the Website implies full acceptance of the Website and of the conditions of use of the Website, without reservation.

2. Access to the Website

Access to the Website is free of charge, notwithstanding the cost of each User’s connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User shall be borne by the User.

Either all or some of the services offered or referred to in the Website are or may be exclusive to our customers, and access to them is therefore restricted and only possible when entering a user ID and password. The username and password are personal and non-transferable.

3. Modifications to the Website and interruptions or alterations to access to the Website

Euskaltax unilaterally reserves the possibility and/or power to implement, at any time and without prior notice, any modifications and/or updates to the information contained on the Website, its configuration, layout, content or presentation, as well as to modify or alter in any way the conditions of access to the Website.

The information uploaded to or contained on the Website is for information purposes only and in no way constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Euskaltax does not grant, with respect to the information uploaded or contained on the Website, any guarantee regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of such information and/or contents.

Notwithstanding the above, Euskaltax will endeavour to keep the contents and links permanently updated, but it may occur that they are temporarily outdated.

The links that may be provided on the Website are solely for the purpose of informing Users of the existence of other sources of information. Euskaltax shall in no case be responsible for the content or results of these links.

Although the links are regularly monitored to avoid this situation to the best of our ability, if any user of the Website or any third party considers that the content or services provided by the linked pages are illegal, harmful or potentially harmful to the property or rights of the user or of a third party, contain content that violates industrial property rights, etc., they are requested to inform Euskaltax immediately.

5. News and/or “Join our team”

The information, documentation and comments received on the sub-page of the Website in the section “Join our team”, as well as on any sub-page that may accept the participation of Users in the future, shall be transferred free of charge. The User must not submit information that cannot be processed in this way.

Euskaltax reserves the right to publish the comments and opinions sent and to remove all comments and contributions that are not related to the content of the post in which they are made or which, in its sole judgement, may constitute a criminal or civil infringement or infringe or damage the rights of any third party.

Euskaltax shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the opinions expressed by Users through the Website. Comments that are not published or are removed by Euskaltax will be destroyed.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual and industrial property rights of any proprietary material published on the Website belong exclusively to their authors. The Users of the Website who, either on the sub-page of the Website in the section “Join our team”, as well as on any sub-page that may accept the participation of Users in the future, assign their intellectual property rights over the same free of charge and are subject to the conditions expressed in the previous section.

Euskaltax does not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights over the Website or any of its constituent elements. By virtue thereof, merely for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the User is expressly prohibited from (i) the reproduction, (ii) transformation, (iii) distribution, (iv) public dissemination, (v) making available, (vi) extraction, (vii) reuse, (viii) forwarding or (ix) use of any nature, by any means or procedure, of any of them, except for those cases in which it is legally permitted or authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights.

7. Liability

Under no circumstances shall Euskaltax be liable for any damages and/or losses of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, from a failure to read or understand this Legal Notice, or from a failure to comply with the obligations specified in the conditions set out herein. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of these conditions, Users release Euskaltax and shall hold it harmless from any liability for damages of any kind which, beyond its effective control, may be due to or arise from the transmission, dissemination, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the Website or its contents.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed entirely by Spanish law. Any conflict shall be submitted by the parties to the judges and courts of the city of Bilbao, jurisdiction to which the Users expressly submit themselves, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
