Partner of Euskaltax. He began his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand until 1998, when he founded Euskaltax, tax and commercial consultants. He specialises in taxation, manages mergers and acquisitions and restructuring of business groups, having been involved in major transactions at national level. He also provides ongoing legal advice to large corporate and family groups.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Deusto, specialising in Economics (1995)
Master’s degree in Business Tax Consultancy, MAF, (1996), at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School) in Madrid.
TEACHING ACTIVITY
Involved in teaching, he is a lecturer on the Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School) in Madrid and at the Chamber of Commerce (Bilbao).
Author of various publications and opinion articles in the written press and co-organiser of the Aranzadi Tax Forum in its first stage.
