Eva Caballero is a member of the tax team at Euskaltax, where she has been working since March 2015.
Previously, after completing her studies, she developed her professional career in the tax department of Barrilero y Asociados in the Bilbao office.
She has extensive experience in providing tax advice to national and international groups of companies, as well as to family businesses, both industrial and service companies.
She is frequently involved in corporate reorganisation projects and company acquisitions, as well as in due diligence processes.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Deusto, specialising in Economics (1998).
Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy from the University of Deusto (2000).
TEACHING ACTIVITY
Occasional speaker at training sessions organised by the Basque Association of Economists.
