Partner of Euskaltax. He began his professional career in the legal and tax advisory department of Coopers&Lybrand during the years 1994-1998. In 1998 he founded Euskaltax, tax and commercial consultants.
Specialised in commercial law in the corporate area and in business restructuring operations, as well as in tax law, he is an active contributor to various technical media and specialised journals, actively participating in numerous forums and conferences, especially on the taxation of non-profit organisations and Research, Development and Technological Innovation (R&D&I) activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Deusto (1993).
Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from the University of Deusto (1994).
TEACHING ACTIVITY
Lecturer on the Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy at the University of Deusto and on the Degree in Culture and Solidarity at the same University.
