Partner of Euskaltax. After a brief period as a teacher, he began his professional career in the legal and tax department of Coopers & Lybrand until 1998, when he founded Euskaltax, tax and commercial consultants.
Specialised in tax and commercial law, he frequently advises on corporate restructuring and investment planning, with particular focus on the sphere of family business and its protocol. He provides legal advice to different Boards of Directors and non-profit organisations.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree in Law, specialising in Legal-Financial law, from the University of Deusto (1991).
Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from the University of Deusto (1992).
TEACHING ACTIVITY
Committed to education, he actively collaborates with the University of Deusto, teaching on the Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy, and has also worked with the University of the Basque Country on matters related to the taxation of small businesses.
